Upon graduating from Franklin Pierce University with an Accounting degree, Michael began his career as a Business Analyst at John Hancock Investments. From there, he transitioned into a project management position within the company where he gained experience of managing multiple client-facing projects, ensuring punctual and quality deliverables within established financial targets. While being a project manager by day, he was a line-cook and server by night. This is where he began to fall in love with the Hospitality industry. Michael is part of the management team at the Earls Kitchen and Bar in the Prudential Center in Boston and is currently receiving his Masters of Management in Hospitality at Boston University.
