Kelly Moran began to explore her passion for hospitality in high school when she co-founded a nomadic dining company hosting pop-up dinners across Miami. Faced with the challenge to teach hospitality and service to her staff of high school friends, Kelly gained integral experience in training – not only for execution, but also for crafting expressive dining experiences. During her time at Tufts University, Kelly studied International Relations from various perspectives in London and Hong Kong. She worked for Celebrity Cruises refining concepts, developing training programs, and spearheading sustainability initiatives all in preparation for the launch of the new Edge class of ships. Prior to joining RealFood, Kelly worked with Tatte Bakery & Café to further develop her understanding of training and operations from a different perspective.
