Hannah Hoffman is a key member of the RealFood Consulting Operations team. She brings extensive experience in F&B operations from some of the most challenging business environments throughout NYC, Las Vegas and Chicago including Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Ace Hotels groups. She has held Senior Leadership and Opening Deployment roles specializing in all aspects of Front of House operations. Hannah brings a deep understanding of guest experience definition and execution, operational systems development and staff training. Hannah is from Denver, Colorado and is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration.
