Peter leads CAD operations and the Design Department at Real Food Consulting. He is a recent graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a B.A. in Architecture, where he practiced and refined his skills in AutoCAD and Revit.  He has also gained vital Project Management and Design Development experience through working at Perini Management and Consigli Construction.

His love for food and the food service industry began growing up in a household of two parents who worked their entire careers in the industry and continued through his involvement as a line cook and trainer while at school.

Through his education and experiences in project management, Peter has developed a keen attention to detail, promise of timely and efficient results, focus on client needs, and efficient communication as a liaison between the client and general contractor.  All of these characteristics help ensure client satisfaction on all design projects.
