MRA Board Meeting in Mexico!

Our President, Ed Doyle, took a break from a busy agenda at the Massachusetts Restaurant Association’s annual winter board meeting to go chase some fish. A great day out there landed almost 700 lbs of Amber Jack & Tuna, most of which was wholesaled to local restaurants, and some of which was turned into dinner by the highly skilled sushi chefs at the base hotel, the Ritz Carlton Cancun. Yeah, we know…These board meetings are hard work!
